Conference «Tackling Food Waste: The Consumer Co-operative Way»

La Comisión Europea junto con Euro Coop (la Comunidad Europea de Cooperativas de Consumidores) y ANCC/Coop Italy organizan la Conferencia: «Tackling Food Waste: The Consumer Co-operative Way» .
Esta conferencia tiene lugar el día después del evento de la Comisión Europea «Fight Food Waste, Feed the Planet”, el fórum tendrá ocasión de tratar el desperdicio alimentario desde una práctica perspectiva y explorar los nuevos recorridos para dirigir el asunto.
Con discursos de los representantes de la Comisión Europea, el Parlamento Europeo y el Parlamento italiano, la conferencia tratará de mostrar cómo las cooperativas de consumo se ocupan de los residuos de alimentos en toda la cadena de suministro y las actuaciones llevadas a cabo por HISPACOOP en lograr concienciar y sensibilizar a los consumidores sobre el problema del desperdicio alimentario y hacer un consumo responsable de alimentos. También dará la oportunidad a los asistentes de aprender sobre el nuevo estudio ECORYS del comportamiento en la elección de alimentos y los hábitos alimenticios. Igualmente escucharemos los últimos logros del proyecto de la UE «EU FUSIONES«.
Por último, la conferencia contará con la oportunidad de visitar «Supermercado del Futuro» del Coop Italia: un viaje para no perderse en el futuro de la distribución alimentaria.
